01Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, booking a mentorship session or otherwise using preparationstreet.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

02What Preparation Street Provides

• TRISHUL - curated premium learning paths covering DSA, Algorithms, System Design and AI Engineering.
• FTM (Full-Time Personalized Mentorship) - a personalised, sprint-based mentorship program available in 3, 6 and 12-month tracks.
• A free structured 150-problem coding sheet, available to all registered users.
• 1:1 mentorship sessions with an experienced mentor, booked per-session or through plans.
• Progress tracking across all learning paths.

Content is regularly updated; the exact structure, count and ordering of topics may evolve over time as we improve the material.

03Your Account

You sign in using Google or GitHub and are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Access to purchased content is personal to you - sharing your account credentials or purchased access with others is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension without refund.

04Purchases, Plans & Payments

All prices are listed on the Platform (Pricing, TRISHUL and FTM pages) and processed securely through Razorpay. Access to premium content or mentorship is activated automatically after successful payment and lasts for the duration stated on the plan you purchased.

Prices may change from time to time; changes never affect access you have already paid for.

By completing a purchase you expressly acknowledge and accept the No Refund Policy below.

05No Refund Policy - All Sales Are Final

Every purchase on Preparation Street - including but not limited to TRISHUL plans (Explorer, Starter, Elite), FTM (Full-Time Personalized Mentorship) tracks (3, 6 and 12-month), 1:1 mentorship sessions and any other digital product or service - is FINAL and STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

TRISHUL and FTM are premium, industry-grade PRODUCTS - complete, self-contained preparation ecosystems - not courses. There is no drip-fed schedule: the entire content library, roadmaps, interview-grade answers and personalised system are handed over the moment your access is activated. The full commercial value of the product is therefore transferred at the point of purchase.

Once access is granted, the content is deemed consumed - digital knowledge, once viewed, cannot be "returned". For the same reason we are unable to offer refunds, credits, exchanges or transfers of any kind.

• No refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or purchasing the wrong plan - please review the plan details carefully before paying.
• No refunds for partial use, non-use, or unused duration of any plan or mentorship track.
• No refunds based on dissatisfaction with outcomes - mentorship and content are guidance; results depend on your own effort and external factors.
• FTM fees reserve dedicated mentor time and a personalised plan of action; once access is activated or the mentorship has commenced, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Scheduled mentorship sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice; a no-show session is considered consumed.
• Purchases are personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another person or account.

The only exceptions: (a) an amount was deducted but access was never activated, (b) a duplicate charge for the same order, or (c) a verifiable technical error in billing. In these cases email preparationstreet@gmail.com within 7 days with your payment reference - after verification we will activate the access or reverse the erroneous charge.

06Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after premium content or mentorship has been accessed - instead of contacting us first - is treated as a breach of these terms. We will contest such disputes with access logs and delivery evidence, and the associated account will be permanently suspended.

07Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content on the Platform - roadmaps, problem sets, pattern explanations, answers, session material, design and branding - is the intellectual property of Preparation Street.

• You may use the content for your own personal learning and interview preparation.
• You may not copy, screenshot at scale, scrape, redistribute, resell, publish or share premium content, in whole or in part, on any medium.
• Violation of these restrictions results in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

08Mentorship Sessions

Mentorship sessions provide personalised guidance based on the mentor's professional experience. Advice given in sessions is guidance, not a guarantee - hiring outcomes depend on your own effort, market conditions and factors outside our control.

09Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass payment, access controls or content protection.
• Do not use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the Platform.
• Do not upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

10Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the service reliable, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any specific career outcome, job offer or interview result.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preparation Street's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly account sharing and content redistribution. Where a violation is involved, no refund is owed for the unused portion of a plan.

13Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Platform evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
